  1. subreddit: a space for newsletter operators, service providers, and tool builders to hang out. the returns weren't as promising as i expected.

  2. blog: started as a fun vibe coding project. months later, realised the entire blog could be a content tag on my marketing newsletter, cognition.

  3. newsletterhub: a platform for readers to discover newsletters. kinda product hunt but for newsletters. the business roi wasn't great for my current scale. could have been a good project if i had the scale and traffic.

  4. dopeletters: private, six-week cohort for creators to start and grow their newsletters from 0-500 subs. realised it doesn't work as a service - it does but is a substitute for time - so decided to productize it in the future
